At Zag Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Zag Store account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
